FAQ Section
Q: How long will it take to make a board?
A: Depending on the orders, if it's not a peak season, four days. If it's roughly 2 weeks.
Q: Do you accept urgent cases?
A: Yes I do. But i only accept this cases if the buyers are able to pay for my transport fees and etc.
In such cases, your board will be done within 1-2 days.
Q: Do you entertain special requests?
A: Yes and no. Hey I'm a flexible guy :) with rules too :D so yupps
Q: Does LED boards spoilt or break often?
A: No. Like all items, you should always treat it with care. But I understand in concerts, the area tends to be rather rowdy. In such cases, the LED may dislodge from its connection. So please treat it with care.
Though i say I can fix it for you, unless you really want to waste your time to meet with me every other day, I don't really mind :)
So far, out of the 8 LED boards I've build for my own fandom, none of them seem to have any issues.
But i've seen people leaving their fanboards unattended letting it be stepped on during concerts. To those people, I'm sorry but your board has obviously been misused and I can't help you if you break your board youself..
